The 5th Annual Lady Eagles Basketball Camp took place on June 4-5 on the Madison Christian School campus with 35 girls in attendance (3rd - 8th grades).
The event featured former Lady Buckeye Tanya McClure Harris and was run by MCS Coaches Jeff Howell and Mike Crabtree, as well as several members of the Lady Eagles basketball team.
A highlight of the camp is an "Alumni Roundtable" where former Lady Eagles share their experiences as student-athletes in high school and college. This year, the following spoke to the campers: Camryn Howell, Jayln Stackhouse, Teresa Woerner, and Sydney Worthy.
It was a fun, inspiring event! A similar event, Hoops4Christ, will take place on July 30 from 6-9 PM.
