A team of MCS students recently began competing in speech and debate tournaments at various locations in Ohio.
This past Saturday at Hoover High School in Canton, Ohio, Jon H. placed first out of 42 competitors in the Original Oratory category. His speech was on the dangers of echo chambers. Jon has now qualified to compete in the state finals which will be held in Wooster, Ohio on March 3-5. Congratulations Jon!
